Free Servicing / Exchanges are not applicable for physical damages at customer’s place. But those machines can obviously be fully repaired against appropriate charges. Team Waterhouse does not provide refunds on any machines, but they are always serviced both inside or outside warranty period. Due to the traditionally high levels of Quality Control & Manufacturing for the last 25 years, any service requirement inside warranty period is extremely rare.
5. Shipping
Goods are shipped within the stipulated time discussed with the buyer (subject to non-occurence of any uncontrollable factors like natural calamity, Government holidays, or pandemics) – either by Air, Sea, or Road as preferred by the buyer. Shipping charges for Zeon is free inside India, but chargeable for the rest of the devices. Shipping charges for all machines outside India are additional.
